The Hero Glamour was first introduced in 2005 by Hero MotoCorp, which was previously known as Hero Honda Motors. The motorcycle received a major update in 2010, which included several cosmetic and mechanical changes.

The 2010 Hero Glamour featured a new headlight assembly, redesigned body panels, and a new digital instrument console. The bike was also equipped with a new engine that had an increased displacement of 124.7 cc and produced 9 bhp and 10.35 Nm of torque. The engine was paired with a 4-speed gearbox.

Other notable features of the 2010 Hero Glamour included telescopic front suspension, adjustable rear suspension, a front disc brake, alloy wheels, and tubeless tyres. The motorcycle was available in four different colors: Candy Blazing Red, Black with Tornado Grey, Black with Sports Red, and Vibrant Blue.
