February 21, 1952 was the 8th of Falgun. Salam, Barkat, Rafiq, Jabbar and Shafiur gave their lives to keep the dignity of mother tongue that day.

By the hand of Bayanna's language movement, Bengalis have carried out the education movement of 1962, mass uprising of 1971, non-cooperation movement of 1971 and 9 months of bloody liberation war. Seen from there, the seeds of Bangladesh's birth were planted in spring.
